1. Educational Resources

Buys and Bids is committed to providing educational resources to enhance your understanding of salvage and rebuilt title cars. However, it is your responsibility to exercise due diligence when using this information.

2. Financial Preparedness

While we offer guidance on financial matters, Buys and Bids is not liable for any consequences resulting from your financial decisions, including but not limited to auto loans and payment methods.

3. Buyer Account Creation

Creating a buyer account requires verification, and you agree that Buys and Bids is not responsible for any issues arising from the verification process or the information provided.

4. Bidding Process

Buys and Bids places a hold on your card for a 4.5% fee based on your bid. By participating in auctions, you acknowledge and accept this process, and Buys and Bids is indemnified from any disputes related to bid amounts or fees.

5. Winning an Auction

Winning an auction signifies your agreement to finalize the sale within 14 days. Buys and Bids is not responsible for any issues arising between buyers and sellers during the transaction.

6. Seller Account Approval

Approval of seller accounts involves identity verification and a phone/video call interview. Buys and Bids is indemnified from any consequences related to the approval process or any issues arising from the use of the Seller Portal.

7. Submitting a Car for Auction

Sellers agree that the approval or rejection of auctions is at the sole discretion of Buys and Bids. Buys and Bids is indemnified from any disputes related to auction approvals, rejections, or subsequent conversions to traditional listings.

8. Listing Creation

While Listing Engineers assist in creating comprehensive listings, Buys and Bids is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by sellers. Sellers agree to indemnify Buys and Bids from any claims arising from the content of their listings.

9. Following Your Auction

Buyers and sellers agree that Buys and Bids is not liable for any issues arising from the bidding process, public comments, or the addition of time to auctions.

10. Post-Auction Process

Buyers and sellers agree to indemnify Buys and Bids from any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the post-auction process, including the finalization of sales, reserve not met scenarios, or the conversion of auctions to traditional listings. By using Buys and Bids, you acknowledge and agree to indemnify Buys and Bids from any liability, claims, or disputes arising from your use of the platform.
